Sean F. Hampton
Attorney at Law
Sean Hampton practices Social Security Disability, Personal Injury, Criminal Law, Probate, and Landlord/tenant law. Consultations are always free, and Personal Injury and Social Security cases are always taken on a contingency. In other words, a client does not pay anything unless he/she wins.
Sean's largest area of practice is Social Security Disability. Sean currently takes disability cases in Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, and Louisiana. Sean is one of the few attorneys who does NOT charge the client any fees associated with medical records. The same is true for the medical record fees in personal injury cases.
Sean Hampton graduated from the University of Alabama in 2005 earning a Juris Doctor and a Master of Business Administration. Sean was licensed to practice law in 2005. Sean clerked on the Alabama Court of Criminal Appeals and worked as a staff attorney on the Alabama Court of Civil Appeals focusing primarily on appeals in domestic relations cases.
From 2009 to today, Sean has been in private practice. During this period, Sean's practice expanded into Mississippi after being admitted to practice law in that State, and Sean has grown from working as an associate at a law firm to owning his own practice. Sean loves the autonomy that comes with owning his own firm because it allows him to only take cases he feels have merit.
Currently, Sean litigates personal injury cases in Alabama and Mississippi. Sean takes on criminal cases, landlord-tenant cases, domestic relations cases, and probate cases in Alabama. Finally, Sean's largest area of practice is Social Security Disability wherein he represents disabled persons in Alabama, Florida, Mississippi, and Louisiana.
